Spanish For Kids
As opposed to what many may believe, teaching kids is actually quite simple--it's the way in which you do it that will affect their interest and performance. Although it may seem cliché, a child's brain is truly like a sponge, processing and registering a myriad of pieces of information. In fact, studies have shown that when it comes to learning a language, such as Spanish, kids have a natural advantage over adults. As with anything else dealing with children, teaching Spanish for kids requires the ability to maintain their interest. One of the primary reasons children lose focus is not due to a lack of interest in the material, but more because of the confusing and boring form in which it is presented to them. This doesn't simply mean that learning should be fun, but that it should be presented in a logically structured manner. At All Bilingual Press, we have spent a number of years perfecting our Spanish course on the front lines of actual classrooms. Through our own expertise and first hand experience, we have designed a course, optimized for children. By combining essential steps such as vocabulary and grammar, with puzzles, games and an audio CD, we provide parents and teachers with a step-by-step lesson plan that children can follow and learn from. Easy enough for use at home and complete enough for the classroom, our level one course includes everything needed for beginners. Although adults can also benefit from our lesson plan, it is primarily focused at teaching Spanish for kids in grades one to seven. We are currently developing the next level in our line of Spanish courses, which will be available on our website within the next few months.
